Requirement

The client Covenance was a new division of Ipca. They offered custom research and manufacturing ranging from development to commercial manufacturing and formulations. To launch itself on the global scene, the client engaged WITS services to develop a 3600 communications plan. The project entailed the creation of various communication solutions to successfully capture the mindshare of its targeted audience in the print and web domains.

   

Project Brief

The project brief entails the creation of brochures, e-mail invites, direct mailers, visiting cards and the website of the client. This entire activity was aimed at building the brand for IPCA.

   

Technical

WITS created an integrated communication plan to build the brand identity of the client. The brochure carries the theme of the logo and provides details about the client. The e-mail invites were sent out as a series of mails designed to arouse the curiosity of the receivers. The invites encouraged the receivers to visit the launch of the client’s new division. The direct mailer built upon the ideology of the client –Customer First - and conveyed the message in an interesting format. The double side printed letterheads carried forward the look and feel of the brand. The visiting cards blend the colours of the logo to provide a corporate look.

   

Completion

The direct mailer was chosen to be a flip-book type entity to engross the invitees and persuade them to attend the launch of the client’s new division. The email invites, brochure, cards and the website were well received.
