The client Tata Communications is a leading global communications provider. They wished to create an e-learning course to inform their customers about various protocols used in the world of internet.
   

Project Brief

The project brief involved the creation of an e-learning course to educate retail customers about Internet protocol and TCP/IP. The course needed to explain the technological details in a simple, straight forward manner so that even people with minimal knowledge could use it.
   

Technical

WITS designed and developed an e-learning course that explains the concept of TCP/IP in an interesting yet easy manner. To create an engaging solution, a character of an energetic youth in quest for knowledge was developed. The character guides the learners through the four modules of the course. Each module further contains various topics that help the learners understand the concepts in an engrossing manner.

The modules cover a range of topics starting from how data is transmitted from one corner of the world to another corner. The course has various options to enable learning effortlessly. Any topic can be accessed from the tool bars.
