Requirement

The customer requirement was for an app that allows users to take tests using their BlackBerry devices. The software needed to be developed as an app and downloaded to the user’s BlackBerry Device. The users are presented a test once they log into the software on their BlackBerry device. The test comprises questions with feedback. Once the users complete the assessment, the data is sent back to the Learning Management System. The data is to be stored locally on the BlackBerry device till an internet connection is available and established with the LMS.
   

Project Brief

The Project brief was an app that allows users to take tests using their BlackBerry devices. The design document outlined the various steps of the user logging in and taking the tests using their mobile device.
   

Technical

The WITS development team helped define the usability workflow for the BlackBerry App.
   

Completion

The WITS team developed a full application file for the customer. The app stores the data locally on the device and sends the test scores to the Learning Management System. The LMS then registers a failed/pass status based on the scores of the user and sends this back to the user device.
