		Requirement N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research (N. L. Dalmia) is a leading management institute offering various acclaimed courses in Management. These courses are accredited by the University of Mumbai and have also received recommendation from industry. The client presents a printed book "Smruti" to all its students who complete a course successfully. The book is a souvenir to remind the students of the happy times that they have spent at N. L. Dalmia. The book captures the blissful transformation of the students from the educational sector to the corporate sector and it has to reflect the same look and feel.

		Project Brief The project brief covered the creation of "Smruti" in an engrossing yet nostalgic manner. The front cover of the book recreates the effect of a "slam book", a log which students often maintain after completing their education. Various pencil sketches adorn the front cover. "Smruti" carries a humorous caricature of all the students. Various details such as birth date, contact numbers, e-mail and hobbies find their way into the book. The fonts used bring back the feel of a hand written book. The book has been designed with zest and energy to recapture the time spent at N. L. Dalmia.

		Technical We have created "Smruti" on premium stationery and the colours and the fonts used bring back the feel of a hand written book. The 124 page booklet brings out the best about the institute and its students in a colourful manner. "Smruti" was designed using Photoshop and Corel Draw.

		Completion The client was very happy with the Slam Book and we have gone on to execute many projects for them.
