Requirement

The client Raheja is one of the premier developers of real estate in the country. The client wished to create three logos for the launch of three new real estate projects.
   

Project Brief

The plan entailed the creation of the logo of each real estate projects. The logo needed to reflect the ambience and aura of the place at which the project is located.
   

Technical

The three projects were Raheja Chrysalis, Raheja Exotica and Raheja Reflections.

Raheja Chrysalis is located at South Goa. The place is often said to be the best waterside tourist destination in India. The logo created by us uses blue to create the spirit and lively nature of Goa. The colour blue in the logo is the best metaphor of the location of the projects. A wave is created with the first letter of Chrysalis. The alphabet I of Chrysalis is styled in an appealing manner.

Raheja Exotica is a premium residential project off Madh Island, Mumbai. Being close to nature, the logo of the project reflects the natural beauty of the location. Green and blue colours are used to provide a soothing effect. A couple of trees complete the feel of the logo. Thus the logo reflects tranquility at its best.

Raheja Reflections is a residential project at Kandivali (E), Mumbai. The logo represents tall buildings rising upwards and is protected by two R shaped curves to signify the protection offered by Raheja. The logo signifies a relationship of trust between the client and the buyers.

   

Completion

The client happily accepted the logos created.
