Requirement

The client is a globally diversified education solutions provider and the largest education company in India. Their solutions and services are used by over 15,000 schools and 7 million learners and educators across the world. In a bid to increase the reach of their solutions, the need was to develop web based interactive solutions that would engage the learners.
   

Project Brief

The mandate was to create engaging and interactive solutions that would capture the learner interest. The subject matter is complex and technical and hence the solutions had to be high on visual elements and interactivity so as to allow the learners to comprehend the learning takeaways easily.
   

Technical

The key challenges were to create courseware that was comprehensive but not arduously long; the subject matter was complex and hence had to be explained via complex animations (2D and 3D); the content created had to be accurate and the animations had to replicate extremely complicated human body processes accurately in the virtual world. Ex: Structure of Cells - The structure and function of Nucleus, Endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi body and Mitochondria.
   

Completion

At the storyboarding stage, the Subject Matter Expert ensured the content integrity. Once these storyboards were approved by the client, the next stage was of visualization and modeling of complex processes. It is to the credit of the WITS development that the models created were precise and completely self explanatory!
