Requirement

ACCION is a global organization and their mission is to give people the financial tools they need – microloans, business training and other financial services – to work their way out of poverty. The ACCION way of business is heavily driven by ACCION values and it is crucial that new hires who come on board know what these values stand for and how their day to day work life is shaped by these values.
   

Project Brief

The existing values driven workplace course was taught is a classroom format to new hires and the requirement was to create an engaging course for new hires that allows the users to understand the ACCION values and apply them to their daily work life. Web based delivery also allows ACCION to distribute the course to a far wider global audience than is possible in a classroom scenario.
   

Technical

The solution is a Flash based, SCORM 1.2 compliant, eLearning module. The solution is self - paced and uses interactivities and scenarios to illustrate ACCION workplace values.
   

Completion

The design and development of this course is part of the WITS corporate social responsibility philosophy. This course has been developed as an entrant to the eLearning Global Giveback 2. The course was completed within stringent timelines (three week turnaround).
