The WITS security policy ensures access control - only the required team members have access to data preventing unauthorized individuals from accessing data. Also the WITS asset management procedures ensure that project data is stored on company servers and not on local machines. Version control (to maintain integrity of content at all times) of project data and back-up systems ensure that the all customer data is secure and up to date at the same time.
